untuk DPRP pada Pemilu 2004. Dia menjadi calon Partai PDS dari Daerah Pemilihan
Sulut I. Total suara sah PDS pada pemilihan umum untuk DPRP dari
Sulut I adalah 27.000. PDS menerima Jumlah suara ini merupakan 18 persen
dari semua suara sah untuk partainya di daerah pemilihan ini. BPP yang
dicapai calon ini adalah 4500 Dalam daftar calon partai PDS. Sdr
David D.S.Lumoindong menjadi calon nomor 7 dari Partai PDS. Suara David
D.S.Lumoindong adalah urutan ke 3 terbanyak di PDS Da Pil -I
